Content on this Site — including neighborhood descriptions, market information, and property data — is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.

The “What’s My Home Worth” tool provides an automated estimate based on self-reported property details and general market data. This estimate is not a formal appraisal, Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), or professional opinion of value, and should not be relied upon as such.

Actual market value depends on factors not captured by this tool, including property condition, local micro-market conditions, and current buyer demand. HIVO Real Estate makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of any automated valuation estimate.

By submitting the home valuation form you authorize HIVO Real Estate to contact you regarding your property and real estate services, subject to the consent disclosures provided in the form.

You may use this Site for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its backend systems
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or infrastructure

HIVO reserves the right to block or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

When you submit a contact form, home valuation request, or seller inquiry, your information is received by HIVO Real Estate and may be assigned to a licensed agent for follow-up. We will contact you using the methods and for the purposes you authorized in the form.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HIVO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
